About me

Yapatla, the name of the village where I was born on 27th March, 1982. This village is situated near Kollapur in Mahabub Nagar District of Andhra Pradesh. I did my schooling upto 5th standard at my birth place (including a gap of an year or two, I do not remember now). I was moved to Hyderabad for the rest of my study. I passed out my Intermediate (10+2) from Ideal Jr. College, which is the first place where I got special interest towards the subject of PHYSICS.
After passing out Intermediate with a first class I joined in Nizam College for doing my Bachelor’s degree. Chemistry Professors were very good and impressed me so much that I enjoyed my Chemistry Lab sessions and lectures more than I did the Physics Labs/Lectures. However, my interest in Physics remained intact. During the summer break after my first year in University, I took a diploma course in Computer Hardware, which helped me economically  a lot in fulfilling my desire of joining Masters degree. I also started teaching at this juncture, which again fetched me some money and I came to know that one learns more while teaching than learning ;-).
My interest in science won over my need for money and I decided to go for M.Sc in Physics. I aimed at admission in HCU (Hyderabad Central University/ University of Hyderabad) and yes, I made it. My most memorable time of LIFE was in HCU. I bet you also would love to study there if you get a chance. Its such a nice place in every aspect. Some good qualities like dedication and sincerity towards work got enhanced within me during my study at HCU. At this point I would like to express my love and respectful gratitude towards my teachers, whose guidance and teaching increased confidence in me that I can do something in my LIFE.
Finally My study at HCU magnified my interest in science and therefore I am here (not in blog spot) at Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science in short IACS. I am a research student in Physics in general and working on magnetoresistance of new materials in particular. I had a stint at SNBNCBS too.

I have written in so much details because I thought it would be helpful if some of my forgotten or lost friends could recognize me by the name of the institutions and the places.
